An immersive interactive 1-day workshop for college level women and recent graduates seeking to explore their core attributes, strengthen skill-sets as well as discover and develop their leadership skills. It allows for participants to engage and evaluate how they interact with others in various situations as well as lead teams through collaboration activities. The workshop helps to offer insight into core areas necessary to succeed in today’s workforce. It also serves to identify and cultivate invaluable tools to help each participant make significant contributions to any organization and ultimately support their career success.


For college-level women and recent graduates interested in gaining invaluable insights as well as cultivating their skills when it comes to understanding issues related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
A 1-day workshop that runs from 8:30 am to 5 pm (check-in at 8 am). We’re engaging participants in developing solutions to real workplace challenges. At the end of the workshop strategies are presented to a panel of industry professionals.
The program includes continental breakfast, collaboration with peers, mentoring, executive lunch discussion, opportunity to present solutions, happy-hour networking and more. Dress attire is business casual.
Applications to attend the workshop should include answers to all questions presented on the registration form. Also be sure to include a YouTube link to unlisted video (1-min or less) sharing your thoughts on diversity and inclusion and how the workshop will benefit you personally and professionally?
There is no cost to attend the workshop. Once registration is received we will review the application and extend an invitation via email. Invitations are primarily based on ensuring that attendees are reflective of our diversity and inclusion mission.
